You could also try removing the Bridge Connector that is shown in the top right of the picture, thats what forces the motherboard to auto-power-on but i have had problems with a couple of boards that required that to be removed (when left on the software reported a hardware errror and kept resetting) and you can then test the board by bridging the 2 points with a jumper or you can just use a screwdriver to connect them for a second when testing

Thanks for the suggestions guys... Take a look at the power supply...its rated 350 watt....looks new

yes, that power supply is definitely newer. the originals where enhance brand and where crap to begin with. after derating due to the temps inside the cab, they only output like 85 watts or something like that. that one should be loads better than the original, but probably not as good as some of the other high quality ones. (never heard of replacepower.com)
everything looks great there though. Maybe just power it up and keep pressing delete over and over to try and get into the bios, you may just be missing the window to get in (it's pretty short). at the least it should throw a keyboard error. :P

ok I've cleared CMOS and now get a black screen when I hit "Del" to enter setup....I'm thinking the BIOS is corrupt...anyone know where I could get a copy of the BIOS to rewrite?
It's been a while since I've done a BIOS Flash.
Will the factory ECS BIOS flash work?

Yes factory ECS bios will work, you will just loose the FORCE bios logo. Where are you located? I have dumped the bios from a working force board years ago. Its in the format of my bios programmer so it most likely wont work with any dos software bios flasher.
