I think there are already too many.  Restorations should be a child board of Project Announcements.  Ditto Jukes.  Ditto Driving and Racing.  All the emulator boards should be child boards under software.  So on and so forth.

I agree it should be cleaned up. DOS/Wincab, for example, could go under Audio/Jukebox/MP3 as well.
