Can anyone tell me where the single black wire, shown circled in red,  goes? I believe it goes to the MB power switch jumpers but I am struggling to get the unit to power on without manually jumping the two pins on the MB.

I think I got it. It had to be offset one from the end.

mahkeymike:
Theres a setting in the bios to always turn on after power failure.
