Eh...bartops have a place. I think the issue is that most people thought they needed a weecade, and that they were going to save space without losing product. Not much space is saved, and the product does decrease. The real benefit is they are cheap and easy to move. I think they are good beginner projects, make good gifts and a good way to make that project that you don't want to invest an entire machine worth of time/money into.
