no home run them..sorry bud try going to 2sc #'s in t03 pkg's if u want i will dig my list out here is what u need to rember must have interel damper diode and handle greater then 1600v ed |

I'm sure mouser has something, I'm just not having any luck cross referencing anything, and apparently neither is Mouser. If they were truly obsolete, Bob would (rightfully so) be charging a fortune for them. |
