running a pc inside megatouch maxx??

After doing a bit more searching I need to make clear what im looking to do. I want to put my pc guts into the megatouch to run a swp emulator using a sheller to boot straight to the quiz games. If there is a thread for dummies on here on how to do this can someone point me in the right direction?  Many thanks

I recently came into contact with 3 different megatouch stand up cabinets.  Can these be modded for MAME - and just not use the touchscreen aspect of the monitor?

Can I throw a PC in the box, connect to the monitor, and just do a 1 player setup for Pacman, DKong, etc?

Is this possible, or is the touchscreen element going to stop this?
