Rule suggestion- Limit on Sell threads

Well Fed Games:
So other forums I am on have rules like, you can only post/bump two of your own sale threads a day, which keeps that forum section from getting spammed and requires people to consolidate their items sold to one listing at a time (for reference, check how Divemaster just does a long list when he is clearing things out- that is what makes sense to me). Or we get something like the pic attached.

Note that in this particular case I did complain to the poster but it did not make a difference.
