CD material for Kindle version?

If I purchase the Kindle version of Project Arcade, is it still possible to get the resources on the physical copy's CD?

I did the same thing as you several years ago.  Bought a digital copy of the book.  Saint hooked me up with a DL link for the CD back then.  He's a good guy.

Shouldn't the Kindle version of the book contain the plans? Or at least a link to the plans? It doesn't exactly seem reasonable for folks to have to scour the net, create an account on a forum, find the proper thread, then email someone, just to find something they paid for.

In hindsight, yes. When I wrote the book, I was unaware that the publisher was going to release a digital version.
