Instead of randomly bumping someones thread because you want to rep them for content, people report who the repped and why in a thread?

For example I repped Frosticullius, Sirpoonga and few old timers, because if the rep system is to be used appropriately, they should be repped, even if they haven't logged in months or years.

Hoopz:
I repped u_rebel because he should have more than everyone else combined.

Repped Hoopz and posted it to clutter the forum with meaningless posts about a system that doesn't matter that supposedly should have already been deleted by that meddling admin
