Looks like the control panel is positioned at an angel.
If so, what angel works best with a sit down/stand up z style pedestal?

I would go with somewhere between 5 & 10 degrees, mock it up and see what feels best to you.
Wow, just saw original post date. (3 months ago) I'm hoping you are not just sitting there waiting for an answer before continuing.
