Should just be a regular vga cable unless it's one of the pre-xl units.

The plug for the video has 6 wires labled R G B E H V on the board here is a picture of the other end.  not sure what should be attahced to the wires

Yeah, you have a really old one. That monitor is probably closer to an arcade monitor.

Probably need a rgb to vga card
