Mozilla Firefox not working right

OK I did an upgrade on Firefox, now when I go to this forum, I click on a topic from the top menu and it doesn't open it.
I sign in, then when I open a topic by clicking on it (below the aforementioned top menu), it opens the topic, but I am no longer logged on.
I log on and it kicks me back to the front page. Click on a topic and it logs me off.
Internet Explorer works ok, so I know it has to be an issue with Firefox.
Any ideas?

You could have corrupt cache and/or a corrupt cookie.

You can try clearing your cache and cookies.

Alternatively you can holding shift while loading up the site to see if that clears the cache for this site. You can also clear individual cookies by going to the firefox icon >options > privacy > remove individual cookies. Then find the one for arcadecontrols and delete it.

If all else fails, you may need to either attempt to recover your firefox profile or create a new one. The recovery will simply copy over your cookies and saved passwords to a new profile. To try the recovery you can go to firefox icon > help > troubleshooting information > reset firefox

Using Firefox 23.0.1 here and it is working fine - so yeah might try an uninstall\re-install and see if that clears things up.

try using a new profile

firefox.exe -p
