I'll throw my hat into the ring as well; my Video Jukebox project is still single-screen only at the moment, but it's coming along nicely now has MULTI-SCREEN support!
We support all major audio and video formats (videos can be played full-screen), and it's skinable (including video skins, so if you're going for that classic 'bubbler' look, we've got you covered) building upon the same ini file structure as the awesome DW Jukebox. We include a handful of skins to get you started, or you can use your existing DW Jukebox skins (though some things from old skins may be unsupported).
Media selection supports touch screen (swipe to navigate, tap to select, etc.), fully customizable keyboard (by default, arrow keys for navigation, enter for selection, or type the card number (eg. 'C3') to quickly select a track), mouse (point and click), or joystick (also fully customizable).
Features a range of built-in screensavers for visual appeal when not actively selecting media.
Windows-only at the moment, Android & Linux support is in the works.
The download is the 'FREE forever' version, which has a limit of 24 tracks - this can be upgraded in-place to unlock your entire media collection.
