Enough info provided for LED power so I will not add.  The picture however shows that these 2 terminals burnt up a 12 V fan.  This is due to the 2 terminals being the 120V going to the cab. The other fan in the pic is a 115/120V ac fan.

how bout the other ports???????

Don't know what you refer to as ports.   The arcade PS is a source of 5V and 12V as marked on the terminal strip.  There is usually an AC Line Neutral and Ground that are inputs to the power supply.  The Ground is for the AC ground and is not related to the ground for the 5V and 12V.

So use 12V or 5V depending on what your LEDs require.

great tysm so now i have to spend $25\30 to get another fan. hope i use the right terminals from the arcade amp this time and dont burn my 25 led buttons :notworthy:

Yeah I really love those buttons now. I also think that spray painting the inner plunger made them look better when the leds are off. I also have no lightbleeding :)
