Golden Tee Golf
tron84:
The '99 & 2k on Mame are fun and good. It is a fun game if you have a trackball. You can just chill & drink some beers & play some golf. ;D  They are easy games but fun for some time killers.
EDIT: and what Chopperthedog said. ;D

Thanks, all the same ones for a long time now. Maybe someday Incredible Technologies will update their version and quit supporting a few more so they can show up in Mame.

Is this what the hold up is for the Golden Tee Fore games in MAME? Is it just a time issue where IT is still supporting the games so they won't come to MAME until then?
Why did Chopper say that Golden Tee Fore would most likely never make it to MAME? I was sad to read this and just curious as to why? I think MAME emulates some games that are more advanced than Golden Tee Fore, or is this a hardware issue? I would love to see GT Fore for my MAME cab. About once a year I do a little googling for any updates on this exact topic but obviously every year I am saddened just a little more.

The LIVE platform is their new platform and it's been out for a few years now. I never see Fore! out anymore, it's all Golden Tee Live!
Maybe that's why there has been some progress on this:
There is an Eagle system driver in MAME currently ( I have no idea how far along it is) and some of the FORE! games have been added as GAME_NOT_WORKING:

I have a Golden Tee Complete! board in my cabinet so I could care less about the emulation at this point, but I'm interested to know how far along it is as well.

Hell, IT barely supports their 2012 software let alone GT complete. (the last of the jamma red/green board games)
