What are these connectors called?

I have seen them used for everything from USB to as I have stated the FDD connectors. Molex are something completely different. They are the larger power connectors you see on the inside of your computer.

While Molex does make those larger power connectors, they also make the smaller ones I was looking for too :)

Those are just generic 0.1" crimp sockets. I use the Harwin M20 series if I'm being cheap or the Molex SL series if I'm feeling a bit more spendy (you do get what you pay for) or AMP MTE if I need to support somewhat higher power (it'll handle AWG20).
4-pin Harwin M20 housing: M20-1060400
Harwin M20 crimp contacts (bag of 100): M20-1180042
Mouser stocks both.
I don't necessarily recommend that dual-row Harwin M20s. They work fine, but the pin 1 marking on them is opposite normal convention, which makes for some awkward harness making.
