  • I want to Build My Own Arcade Controls!!

I have a question for people who are interested in answering regarding their own compiled version of emulator(s).

If you compile you own version of emulator(s) which games do you add that is not available by the emulator by default, and to which emulator.

I ask this question, as I saw an earlier post that mentioned a user compiles their own version of emulator, and I though it would be good to understand what people actually play/do.

My self I have compiled Metal Slug 4 and KOF2002 in mame in the past.

I add tweaks that I see around the net. Lately it was the Donkey Kong sample fix, which, might I add, sounds friggin' awesome! :D

Before the autorotate was added and the bypass Ok screens, I used to add the code to do that. Aside from adding games, there are lots of reasons to tweak the source!

As far as games, I used to drop in Rage of the Dragons among a few other illegal ones... ;)

I add as much code as I can get my hands on. ;D I originally just added Pong for my own use (Pong ownz j00), but than I added a ton more and started releasing it. ;)
