Star screw with dot in the middle

Where can I find the tool to unscrew this? I came across it on ebay but cant find it.

It's a "security torx".  The easiest is to pick up one of these.  Handy for all kinds of things.  Just make sure it has the size you need.

Sometimes a small flat head screwdriver can also be used to break the dot in the middle so a normal star bit or sometimes even a allen key can be used. That's only if you are really impatient like I am sometimes.
