Woodgrain vinyl - Anyone know a good source?

I'm sure I spent over an hour googling and all I could find was Parts Express stuff which looks good but at 24" really isn't wide enough, plus an ebay seller with 36" wide stuff sold by the foot - but it would run me about $150 with shipping to get all I need which seems pretty steep to me.
I'm surprised that there doesn't appear to be a go to source for this in the community. What do people do if they're restoring a cabaret or a Frogger? :-\
I'm at the point where I'm trying to decide between getting the Parts Express stuff and trying to line it up super carefully to hide the seams as much as possible, or just forgetting it altogether and painting it black. But neither of those solutions is ideal, so I'm hoping someone knows of a source for this stuff.

This place is good for vinyl, I order from them a lot.
I looked the 3m wood vinyl comes in 48" width.

On my scratchbuild woodgrain cabaret I just bit the bullet and built it out of high grade plywood and stained it. Fits right in with my other woodgrain cabinets.

Laminate would be very nice, but I think I'd be just as satisfied with vinyl so I was hoping to save a bit of money.

That's a good idea, though I'm not sure I could find a local source, and even if I do, I imagine it would be expensive.

I looked for veneer a bit, and couldn't find anything wider than 24", though admittedly I didn't look that hard, so could be an option.

Thanks, but that would cost like $350 to do a 5 foot tall cab. :o

Heh, it did occur to me to just do it the old fashioned way, but I've never stained before and was hoping to avoid the extra work. ;) How much more of a pain is it to stain something than to paint it?
The more I think about it, I'd really love to have the woodgrain rather than paint, and having seams because the vinyl isn't wide enough would probably look kinda cheap and crummy. It's looking like staining could be the best option in terms of cost and results.
