Setup is
Atari Vindicators with Sharp 19" display. Manual says pin 6 is "Negative Composite Sync"

I have tried to connect an ArcadeVGA (2nd gen) to the arcade using the breakout cable / amp from Ultramarc.  The video looks perfect from the botton to about the last 10% of the top. The top 10% of the screen is skewed to the right or sortof looks rolled over.  I have tried all sorts of adjustments on the monitor with no luck.  Am I connecting the syn wire correct to the vga amp? I connected the pin 6 wire from the monitor to the syn connection on the amp.
