LG Flatron IPS234 Help with fixing rotation bearing
(1/1)
Connorsdad:
Lovely shiny new monitor arrived today yay :applaud:
Then I saw how the wires are connected to it:
I was hoping to set up a rotation system like Griffindodd did with his revolution cab but not going to be possible with those connections there, any ideas?
DaOld Man:
You might see if you can find some right angle connectors to replace those straight ones.
That would get the profile of the cords quite a bit lower.
Here is a vga adapter, but it may be too short to fit your monitor:

And here is a power cable, but Im not sure if this power cable will fit your monitor, but it should give you an idea of what im thinking:

Connorsdad:
Thanks for the advice, seems an inexpensive solution so worth a try.
Another thing I could try is cutting a slot that follows the path of the circumference for the duration of the rotation and feed the wires through there.
Love the viewing angles of this thing so either way I have to make it work.

Yes that could work too.
