Question Regarding Wiring a Switch
brained:
I just did this for my cab. It's quite simple.
1) Got a Power Strip
2) Removed the connection prong
3) Got a connection chassis to use a regular Cab Wire
4) I wired the white wire with the switch in order for the switch to work, see the picture.
Pictures are worth a thousand words.

Dont know if it`ll help, this is how i have mine wired, Bought a 4 way light switch for £3 on ebay, drilled one out for the pc power button (see pic)
Bought an eco multi plug so theres only power to the monitor, marquee, sound board, and led`s when the pc is turned on (see pic)
And wired the power through the switches so i can have each on or off when the arcade cab is powered up as i choose (see last pic :) )
If you want power to the marquee continuously you just plug it into the "ALWAYS ON" socket on the multi plug instead of one of the "SLAVES"
Hope it helps. Good Luck.

See my Smart Power Strip thread I made not too long ago.

Didnt see the internal pic of the inline switch, heres how i`d wire it up, well its what you asked. :)
Checked out the eco strip post, if youre short on USB ports as I was (I have a usb mouse, keyboard, track ball, portable hardrive and a link to an external one thats easily accessable for charging phones and updating/copying files without taking the back off) they do come without a usb requirement. got mine back in november (works with sky too :) )
