Vinyl Button Decals

I am in needing of getting a couple things cut in adhesive vinyl. Not button decals though, what I want is two small designs roughtly 2"x2", two in white and a second design similar in size, again two of them in yellow. Would you be able to cut these? I live in Canada, do you ship to Canada, what would the cost be?
Edit: Also when designing, does the art need to be reversed before being sent to you? I wouldn't want to get it back and find out that the adhesive is on the wrong side of the design.

shipping to canada usually doesn't run more than a couple dollars. Are you placing the decal underneath the substrate or on top? If you want it underneath, it would need reversed cut. On top, normal cut. Feel free to email me the design and I will take a look at it. I am just getting back from vacation so it will take me a few days to catch up with all PM's/emails.

It would be just placed on side of the cab so I am guessing that would be a normal cut. I will wait to send the email, as I am waiting for a part to come in that I need to get measurements from to finalize the one images size.
I assume .ai format is fine?

yes, .ai, .eps, or .pdf is fine, as long as its vectored.
