I don't see a 2032 in that photo, either.   :dunno

3 possibilities:
  1. It's under the metal riser on the left (a smaller form factor battery would be easier to hide this way)
  2. It's on the back of the MB
  3. There is an external battery pack with two wires leading to the MB
