What to do when your friend has gone full r-tard on arcade tattoos

Actually, I know priests, shrinks, child advocates, and one lawyer (he wears thin gloves for court) with tats like that and they're paid very well for what they do. It has more to do with gaining trust from the very people (children and teens) they're trying to help than trying to appear professional.
