Arcade OSD black at some resolution

<< < (2/5) > >>

wolfsoft:
My fault, I was using the old Version of Arcade OSD Version  :-(

I am zapping between the resolutions and a lot of 800x600 resolutions @my Polostar 25 Zoll are looking bad
It seems to be all native resolutions... (look attached picture).

The 2nd Part I am not understanding is
why I can select between 208 modlines and vmmaker generates me 116

Is there a way to stretch the resolutions to fullscreen (the polostar is a "analog" monitor with potis to change the h-pos, v-pos, h-stretch, v-stretch.

Calamity:
Hi wolfsoft,

NEVER try those 800x600 resolutions or you'll burn your monitor!

*ONLY* try resolutions marked as CUSTOM, those are the ones that are calculated according to your monitor specs. You'll see that you only have the supposed 110-120 of these resolutions.

The ones marked as "native" are default resolutions created by the driver, which are well out your monitor ranges. These ones added to the custom ones result in 208.

I have one Polostar and everything fits the screen with those settings, of course you'll need to manually adjust v-size for the different resolutions. Your Polostar is probably adjusted slightly different, my settings will probably need to be tweaked.

wolfsoft:
before trying your driver I was using soft15k and 800x600 was working
