nfl blitz 2000 monitor problem

have a blitz 2000 i am going to be working on which has a problem of the screen not getting clear. its fuzzy and it starts out ok then get gradually worse to a very blurry pic. i try to adjust with the focus on the flyback but it dosent make that much of a difference. is my flyback going out?
