Inclined/angled CPs
fantoboy:
I really like the look of CPs at a slight incline. Does anyone have an actual cabinet with an incline, and is it comfortable? I'm wondering if it just looks better, but in practice a flat panel is more practical? Is there an advantage to having more room for the wrist to rest on like Terminus does vs the slim Marvel vs Capcom linked below?

compute:
Most arcade cabinets I have ever played had an inclined control panel, even if it was a very slight incline. It's harder to set down a beer (and spill it) on a control panel which has an incline.
Dechene:
I built mine with a nice deep angle.
I think it's fantastic, this machine has had literally 13hr NBA Jam competitions played on it, no cramp, no strain, just a comfortable rest for your arms.
Highly recommend putting an angle on the cp.
Mat:
I've always hated cabs with inclined CPs. Playing on a SF II cab for more than a few rounds puts a serious strain on my my hands.

Here's a thread from last year on the subject...
