Would it be a lot of work to expand mames "Toggles speed display" (F11)

to display in the centre of the screen (X and Y) and show a little bit more information about original resolutions/refresh and current res/refresh.

so it looks something like this:

SKIP 0/10 100%
ORIGINAL 320x240 60.00 Hz
CURRENT 640x480 60.00 Hz

This would be great for tweaking resolutions and would ensure you can actually see the information (for me it can be clipped off the screen in certain situations)

Would love to see this if its not too much work

I wanted to do something like that but rather than using the F11 text I'd like to include it in the on screen menu, I'll see what's possible.

I've been thinking that something like this would be useful (and interesting) too.
