I have been waiting a long time for these particular fixes and would really love to have a version of GM with those fixes ;)

- 03266: [Graphics] bosco, galaga, xevious, digdug and clones: Screen
flipping isn't handled correctly (hap)

- 04382: [Graphics] All sets in mappy.c: Cocktail screen offset for
2nd player (hap)
