Control Panel Design Critique Needed

Design Goals:
Able to 2 stick games (Robotron, Smash TV, etc)
Able to play fighters
NO Dedicated 4-way
Design:
2 x UtlraStick 360 (Primary for each player)
14 x buttons ( 7 -each side)
2 x Groovy Gear Leaf Pro 8-way (secondary for each player)
Spinner
Trackball
?? X buttons (Start, Insert Coin, etc, not sure how many I need here, using Hyperspin as my frontend)
I understand that it will be a frankenpanel, and I am ok with that, I figure configuring the UltraStick for 4-way operation would eliminate the need for a dedicated four-way.
Is there somewhere I can look up what kind of controls are necessary for each game (how many way stick, buttons, etc)?
If not, that would be a cool thing to make a wiki page for so people can see what games they gain/lose by including/excluding certain components.
Total Newbie here, feel free to critique this design, call me nuts, etc :o
