Golden tee fore 2005

**need help**  i picked up a 2005 golden tee fore at a sale, owner stated it was working prior to storing it. i powered it up and no picture showed up on the screen, the led words at the top state last update was 2013. i have two green lights and 4 red lights on the main board. looking for direction on trouble shooting it. thanks
