Its the sound board that doesn't work. Video works fine has a GREAT picture on it.

The Roms are missing from the sound card, Just have to look up which ones I need.

not sure if this matters or not. I did a test today. I have a 60n1 card I plugged it into the JAMMA connector and fired it up.. The monitor went crazy..(Kinda the way it does when you put a resolution on a PC monitor and its not designed to do IE, Run 1024x768 on a 640x480 monitor) Anyway I checked the card it was set for 15khz

Although MK used 15Khz monitors the video settings were rather weird. You may need to adjust the V Hold control and possibly the other controls when moving to a more standard resolution.
