Populated control panel and how to print for Project Arcade I?

I am building the design from the first book.  Is there a file of the populated control panel template as shown in the book?  I can find the blank templates on the CD, but not one that has the controls.

Also, having problems figuring out how to get an image to print at full scale across multiple sheets of paper.

Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.
