At first, this monitor appears to be the perfect touch screen solution. A big, high quality display with a great build. After setting it up with windows 7 it worked immediately and has very accurate touch sensitivity. But once you really try to work with it, you realize that it often ignore your touches. This makes the onscreen keyboard unusable, sketch/notetaking and even general usage very frustrating.
Strangely, if you are touching within 1-2 inches of your previous touch, it works perfectly. This can be seen clearly with the onscreen keyboard. If I press "F" and then "G" 10 times quickly, it works fine. But "Q" and then "P" will work less then half the time.
I develop educational touch screen software and was excited to find an affordable high quality hardware solution to bundle with my software. Unfortunately, in its current state, the ST2220T just doesn't work well enough.

I bought an ELO...never looked back.
