Randy, nice write up, but not really accurate. While I appreciate the help with our products, I really think it's more polite to not step into a thread to "troubshoot" inaccurately and push your own products.
The issue is that the Il Sticks ordered have .25" fittings on the joysticks, not the .187 on our connector (not sure where you got the .110's Randy, but let me know because we have a few people who want those, especially with the new fight buttons and RGB lighting for fight buttons)
Magicman let me know, we can swap the joysticks out for Eurosticks which have .187 fittings on the joysticks, or we can discuss some other joystick options. Also we have some adapters that are typically used for buttons, but they will connect the harness to the .25 fittings, get in touch and I can get some out to you first class mail to keep shipping costs down.

If you measure the opening of the connector with a ruler and it's a little shy of 1/8", then those are the .110s. The wires normally included with the XIN-MO interface are also a little too short to be comfortable on a standard sized control panel.
We've had an offering based on these interfaces in the works for a while, and will be adding them to the GGG line in a few days for builders where a tight budget is of higher concern than build quality. We have already had custom wire harnesses made to address the connector size and wire length issues, as well as improved ground chain assemblies. This added a bit to the cost, but will make the XIN-MO much more compatible with normal sized panel builds and controls.

If you want to call the XIN-MO interface one of "your products" based on the fact that it was purchased from you, then that is your prerogative. But that's not really very accurate either. And as I stated, that interface does indeed come standard with the smaller connectors and the short wires, two things, among others, we have remedied. If the OP measured the connector as I suggested, he would have seen immediately that the issue was with the switches, and not the connectors. In other words, I offered a very accurate way to troubleshoot the issue.
As for what is polite.....
armi0024:
I just thought without any mention of GGG in a thread about Paradise Arcade Shop's products, it was poor form to use that as a forum to post about new products.
The attempt to troubleshoot was fine, but my understanding is that it is known the fittings are too big for the controller, the question is why. And if the comment had ended at just helping, it actually would have been a really nice gesture :)
MagicManPA:
Thanks, I replied to your email. I'll go w/the Eurostick. I sent you another email to get those out to me & the IL sticks returned.
