Dragon's Lair HD or Blu-Ray questions

Well, I'm wondering if anyone has attempted to use Dragon's Lair HD (The DVD-Rom Version) with Daphne and whether or not it was successful? I have a hard time understanding why the Daphne creators are content with the 20th Anniversary Edition being the status quo "go to" version when it looks like crap compared to the HD version for PC. I know I've read about some people successfully converting the video files for use with Daphne, but I'll be the first to admit I probably have no clue how to do this. How is the game play straight from the DLHD version for those who have it? What's it like compared to the 20th Anniversary version w Daphne? Does anybody have a Blu-Ray disc drive and has played Dragon's Lair/DL2/Space Ace on their PC? What is the game play like? Does it have the unbearable pauses in between moves? Surely someone is playing Dragon's Lair and Space Ace HD thru Daphne as I type this...anyone???

I'd be very interested to know about this too. I'm still trying to get Daphne working but would relish the opportunity to play these games.
