p.s the video card didnt fall or something like it, it work great until i

Smeghead:
You sure the video card is fully pressed into the slot, and the cable is tight?
If you didnt mount the board high enough the cards tab might be pushing it out of the slot slightly
Any beeps from the motherboard?

yweiss:
its fully pressed into the slot and its not been pushed out, and there isnt any beep from the motherboard, there is a chance that it destroyed because i touched it?

it worked graet before i reassamble the PC, plz help

Smeghead:
Do you have a speaker plugged into the motherboard - beeps will tell you what wrong.

Also, start out as minimal as possible. Take everything out except the memory cpu and video card, no HDD nothing and see if it boots.
Reseat the memory, take out the screws holding the m/b down. Just get it as basic as you can then put things back one by one
Is there any metal touching the underside of the motherboard? A short somewhere will stop it booting too.
Its unlikely you have killed it but possible, static can kill components but I doubt it, probly a short somewhere

I've been in the situation you are in dozens of times, annoying but theres usually a solution before too long. only ONCE have I killed a board   :timebomb:

I have speaker but there are not any beep, did what you told me about the minimum start- did it and still not working, there isnt any metal under the motherboard, what i can do now?
