Hi everyone,

I'm building a CP in the U.S. and I have to purchase the wood, molding, and LEXAN.

Since I have a choice, which size should I get of each?  On arcadeemulator.net they sell different size t-molding for 5/8" wood or 3/4" does that mean it will fit 3/4" wood or wood + lexan = 3/4"?

I plan to use mdf

no lexan is extra thickness. 5/8" is a little thin for my liking. 3/4 is better.

i just bevel the edge of the plastic i'm using for the overlay. helps soften the edge.

buy 3/4" wood and 3/4" t-moulding.

Franco B:
Do not use polycarbonate (Lexan) to cover your control panel, use Acrylic (Plexiglass etc).

I think I need to change my sig^^  :)

lilshawn:
yeah, lexan although nearly indestructible, scratches like hell.

plexi is a little tougher (in that respect)

I thought that the width of the wood + plastic = t-moulding.  Doesn't the t-moulding cover the plexi?
