A spinner's feel would be a combination of the knob and any weight added on the shaft below the panel.  It depends on the feel you want and what the knob you prefer is like.  A larger knob of a heavier material will give a long spin all by itself with no extra flywheel.  But longer spin is not necessarily the best thing.  Different games had different feeling spinners.  So there is a lot of personal preference there.  I like a medium feel because I tend to play a wide range of spinner games.

I gotta say: that SI spinner looks very sweet.

It also depends on knob material. With an aluminium knob, I like a fly weight, but with stainless, you have 3 times as much mass on the knob already.
