MK2 Schematics for coin door?

Ah, you're missing the main wiring harness? Easiest thing to do in that cause is yank the two relevant wires out of that 13 pin connector (I don't like that connector style, anyway) and extend them down to the corresponding wires on the transformer. You can solder/heat shrink, use wire nuts, or install some connectors of your own. Other option would be to install a DC supply and run the lamps off 12V or 5V from the supply (select corresponding bulbs). Since you have the dedicated winding on the transformer, I'd just use that.

I'm having a hard time figuring out where those yellow wires are supposed to go. Attached are some pics, any help would greatly be appreciated!

The two wires coming from the coin lamps go to the two corresponding yellow wires coming out of the transformer in your last picture. There's a 2 position connector at the transformer side. Left of the picture.
