For some reason when I download the zip file and try and open Windows throws up an error window saying that it was blocked... Is it the file or is it me? I've done this on multiple machines in my work enviroment but not at home yet...

Any ideas?

Hmm.  Not sure.  But you could always try downloading it here:  http://www.maximusarcade.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=section&layout=blog&id=10&Itemid=48

You won't need to unzip that one.  Simply dump it in your skins folder in Maximus.

I think the issue with this file (and the one on the maximus site itself) is that the zip file has incorrect pathing for the theme.
the one above starts at d: and works its way down not to a themes folder, but the skin editor cache folder.
The one on the maximus site is still the cache folder, not   a root folder with \interface \emualtors   etc....
