Just came across this on the LCOM site

Basically, it's just a USB connector that has a terminal board for breaking out the different lines.

Yeah, you can always just hack a USB cable, but this sure is a clean way to do it!

Nice- I'm thinking about adding something like this on my cab.  Couldn't find anything like this at Radio Shack though.

I'd ideally like a little port panel that has a USB 2.0 port, CAT5 port, and audio port.  This might do the trick.

This seems like a complicated way to get a panel mounted USB port IMO.  Here's an easier way:
