I know it's evil to sell it like that, but take a look from the other side of the picture.
What if you have slow internet? Or you simply couldn't be bothered to download so many games? Provided that it's not a scam, the DVDs would be a great way of getting roms for you.
Not advocating piracy, but I'm just saying, there might be some people who could use something like this.

Even so, $75 is insane. If his goals were indeed philanthropic he'd be charging for the media at most. $75 ranks up there with my daughter walking outside and picking up the quartz from the neighbors yard and selling it to the neighbor on the other side for 25 cents per rock. BTW: we made her pay the kid back...

Like the last guy said, $75 is nuts. This person on ebay has made a lot of money selling something that does not belong to him.

Not pointing at any. But there are sites that charge reasonable rates and will burn the roms for free if you send the media + return postage. This guy was obviously just profiting from the work of others.
