I'll definitely give you a heads-up if I ever get it to work. I'm still waiting for a cheap Blu-Ray drive to pop up on Newegg. When the site goes back up, there is technical info on ripping the DL2:Time Warp Blu-Ray in the forum. It's in the Dragon's Lair & Space Ace HD thread.

Thank you! I'll hop on there and check it out when I have a moment :D

Actually, Kagaden, now that the forum is back up, that thread has mysteriously reverted to it's latest post being 2007. I was lucky enough to make a pdf of the site with the info (it has stuff like proper resolutions and framerates). PM me with an email address if you want it.

Havok:
There's a post on there saying the forum is an older copy until he sorts some things out.

You need a faster connection - I do love me some FIOS...

Me too... 50mb connection makes 13gb downloads nothing.

yeah, Dragon's Lair was the first game that Aaron got working, he never included it in a release.  Read into that what you want.

I had forgotten this. If I recall, he used it as a test bed for laser disc emulation. (And he was especially interested in how DL worked.)

I have no trouble with my U360 in Daphne.

It's not a problem if you have ONE joystick and all your "exit" and "coin" buttons are mapped to that one joystick.    But the way I have my panel set up, admin functions (like pause) are mapped to the second player buttons.  And the kicker, my EXIT button (a small little unassuming Radio Shack button in the upper right) is wired to Mouse 2 (the only available input when I added that button at the 11th hour).

I aim to keep my cabinet as simple as possible for guests, and Daphne games complicate it too much when I have to have workarounds in place.   And at the end of the day, I could do things differently, but I'm not totally in love with DL or SA enough to go through the trouble.

(P.S. - Not Daphne's fault, most of the the LD games didn't have need for much configuration - save for that multi-button game Thayer's Quest.  Not expecting them to change the entire program for the small number of people who have limitations such as mine.  It just is what it is.)
