Tilted CP and CP depth

RandomCitizenX:
Similar to my question about tilting a display, what do you guys think would be a comfortable degree to tilt the CP? I am also trying to figure out how deep to make my cp for a two player, six buttons each with a u-track in the middle? I was looking at 10 inches, but am still not sure if this is enough.

-Tilting: I hear 5-10 degrees ... seems right to me.

-Depth: What I did was print out all the layouts from here then cut them out (Joystick, buttons, then a trackball that I just drew out) and put them on our kitchen counter (36inch high) and had my wife and I standing side by side to test the comfort level at the same time.

Hope it helps  ;)

DashRendar:
The back of my CP is raised 1 1/2 inches above the front, which gives it a perfect tilt.

This will vary though based on the depth of your CP.

Here it is:

Thanks for all of the information. After playing around with a few things and I have settled on a 5 degree tilt with a 10 inch CP depth. This may not prove to be the best, but I have a really good feeling about it
