Double Toggle switch??

Ummm... Maybe a PNP?

Seems to be the cheapest solution. About 3 cents/2000 units. Plus another couple of pennies for the necessary resistors and diode. Probably no more than 6 cents per unit per 1000? Not sure if you need a heatsink though.

I'm just guessing. Not sure if such a circuit will work with the signal line levels of an Ipac.

Well, you've got options now.  Since the OP asked for a switch, I tried to keep it non-electronic, but if -I- were doing this for myself, I'd probably go with the DPDT relay.  Take a spare voltage source, send that through the switch, and use it to pull in the relay.

Unfortunately, this is one of those 'theres a thousand ways to do it' scenarios.

Here is something  http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Cherry-Electrical/E19-00A/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMsqIr59i2oRck%252brJF20sIm26c5oBAPK8bI%3d

Search the net for snap action switch dpdt

I just made one by gluing 2 together, then using a standard happ button as the button.  Its my main on/off for the arcade and i needed 2 buttons to be pushed at once basically.   You can see pictures here.  http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=95768.msg1020332#msg1020332

BobA:
A dpst momentary switch will switch two contacts separately.
