Reproduction Major Havoc & Star Wars Cockpit Cabinets!!!

Interesting point you guys bring up here....
Would there be any interest in a custom cockpit cabinet that's a bit larger for the bigger folks in our ranks? I don't really see any issue in making it a bit longer/taller/wider aside from artwork issues. But THAT can be handled in such a way that the borders would be a bid wider than normal. I could totally see this happening, especially NOW when we're getting the bugs worked out of the prototypes.
Show of hands for a custom made super-size cockpit cabinet??
What dimensions should be increased, exactly? I'm 6'3" and I fit inside of a cockpit cab just fine.... :P

It would depend on where the adjustments are made I suppose. I couldn't see moving the seat back any further since that would hinder "normal" or smaller sized people from reaching the controls...
In all honesty though, the price is to prohibitive for me to say anything more than "I might buy one."

I think for me, I find that cabinet difficult to get in and out. I feel like I have to stoop down and bend in an uncomfortable way to get seated. Funny thing is, I sit in Pole Position, Red Baron, TX-1 & MACH 3 cockpits all of the time and they never bother me. Once I am inside a SW cockpit, I am more than comfortable.
I wasn't stating you should build a bigger cabinet. I think what you have done is awesome. I was just agreeing with "crashwg" about the original Atari cabinet design not being friendly for taller people.
Dave, check your PM.
