It's confusing to read without being able to reference the files that are mentioned as being on the cd.

I'm seconding this one.  I bought an e-book copy and no cd obviously. =(  A DL link would be great.

I was just considering doing this since I just got a tablet pc. Is it possible to get the cd if you buy the ebook? I'd like to know before I buy it. Thanks.
