Freelance Vector and custom Artwork
« on: September 18, 2009, 04:51:04 pm »
Hey Community pals!

Have some killer artwork you want to use on your project? But you don't know how to go about having it vectorized. Look no further. I'll take your artwork and vectorize it professionally  (painstakingly redraw it not live trace) for a modest fee.  All work is guaranteed to satisfy or you don't pay! Custom artwork also available (send your ideas and I'll work up the design). Artwork projects to be posted soon! Thanks for your time!

Payment available through Paypal

UPDATE

*Limited time offer, First 2 people will get free 5 hr service. What does this mean? I will do your artwork free of charge to a limit of 5 hrs. Why the limit? Well I don't want to be stuck on a project for too long that doesn't pay right, besides I'd like to finish and post the projects here. Build on my rep a little. (most vectorizing can be done in way under 5 hours)

As I work in marketing, most of my portfolio is very corporate (wesites and such). So I came up with this idea to show off what I can do. If your interested please give me a holla!

I will update here when I have recieved 2 interested responses.

Thanks again

UPDATE

Alright I'm taking on the 2 projects below
Thanks guys

UPDATE

Project one finished.
Project 2 Finished.

Ill upload A couple screen shots of a 2D video game I worked on about 6 years back. Which kinda brings me to a question. I used GameMaker to create this game. Its a windows based program. Has anyone tried to incorporate it into any of the front ends? There are alot of cool homebrew games for it. And playing it on my arcade cabinet would uber sexy cool!

Not sure if this is the kind of demo-job you're looking for, but if this would fit within 5 hours....

I want to reproduce the CPO because as you can see it has faded greatly. Also, because I want an original Midway Pac joystick on this CP, there has been some welding done and the original is damaged at the welding spots.

Here's a quick pic of it, of course I've got full-res scans for you.

Digging up an old thread, but with good reason.

Here are the first pics from the CPO printed from the file GuyDanger did.

Amazing IMHO !

The CPO still needs to be shipped, I will of course post some pics when it arrives and how it looks installed !

Awesome! That will look sweet on your cab!
Colors look like they turned out pretty well too. Nice job on the print.

I never did get any work off this thread lol but its good to see that things are progressing well with the artwork.

If anyone out there is in need of anything let me know...I'll do it super cheap!

Whatever I make goes to my cab project, so you know its going to something good and worthwhile hehe.

Thanks again for the post!

Just wondering if you create something that looks similar to this

I have the exact same cab, and I really like the art

more images here

http://www.gremlinsolutions.co.uk/products/astralfighter.htm

Im not looking for an exact replica, just something with a very similar colour scheme and feel

let me know what you think

Great work BTW, I'm very impressed!

I can create something similar or recreate that one, no problem. If you can provide me a couple pictures of the panels you will use the artwork on and the dimensions of each panel. I can create the artwork to match your cab almost perfectly. Make sure the pics are as straight on as possible.

Thanks,

Guy

Fantastic news GuyDanger, I'm very happy you are confident with the undertaking.

I will get you the measurements later on tonight, and source as much appropriate artwork as possible.

Once you have all this, would you be able to give me a price as I have a limited budget and don't want to waste your time if you are beyond my means.

I really hope we can work something out as I'm sure you can do an amazing job on this project.

I will PM you later on

Many Thanks

Digging up this old thread just to show the final result:

Just wanted to show this off because I'm very pleased with the result and proud of it.

People who contributed to this:

Guydanger: main vectorizing
Zorg: ironing out some errors and making it perfect (and making it available for download)
Rich from ThisOldGame.com: Printing it, several times actually !
Spyridon: for providing the original Midway Pac Joystick
Superully: for having the Pac joystick powder coated

A friend was so nice to weld threaded studs on the under side so I could install the joystick completely without any carriage bolts :)

Thanks to all !!!

Detail shot of the joystick set-up. UGLY !!!
